/* The Step Up AVL header and footer on Grant Radar (added 2026-10-05).

Both pages carry the site's standard trust strip, compact masthead and footer, copied from
organizations.html with the links written for a page one folder down and without the data
date that assets/app.js fills in there (Grant Radar keeps its own list date). This sheet
styles them with the site's own rules by importing assets/broadsheet.css whole, into a
cascade layer, so nothing here restates the shell. Two protections follow from that move.

   1. Grant Radar is protected from the shared sheet. styles.css is unlayered, so each of its
rules beats every rule in the `site` layer, whatever the specificity. broadsheet.css also
      styles the bare `body`, `a`, `a:hover`, `.wrap`, `.empty` and `.brand-mark`. Where
styles.css sets the same property Grant Radar's value wins; where it does not, the shared
value would leak in. The two leaks that changed anything are cancelled at the foot of this
sheet, and Grant Radar's radar drawing is `.radar-mark`, so the shared `.brand-mark`
      geometry never reaches it.
   2. The header and footer are protected from Grant Radar. styles.css resets `a`, `p` and
`h3` and draws its own focus ring. Inside the header and footer those properties are
rolled back to the shared sheet with revert-layer, so they render from broadsheet.css as
      on every other page.

Three things differ from the other pages, on purpose. The masthead does not stick on its
own: on a window at least 981px wide and 700px tall it is pinned together with Grant
Radar's title block (.gr-top, the "pinned top block" in styles.css), with the finder and the
guide's contents box below it; on smaller windows the whole block scrolls away. The header
and footer sit on Grant Radar's own column (styles.css `.wrap`, 1200px), so the wordmark
lines up with the page below it. And they never print, as before, now that the header
shares a wrapper with the title block the guide prints.

Keep the ?v= on the import equal to the one the site's pages use for broadsheet.css.
seo-build.py bumps that version across the site's HTML; it does not read this file. */

Radar turns dark. Grant Radar's dark set redefines --paper and --ink on :root, and these put

second name for the ink. The paper has no second name, so its value is written out here and
